Ja, that is hagel slag, ja, that is poffertjes mix. Accompanied of course by speculaas, stroopwafels, and sambal badjak. And lets not forget the oude kaas, in Connecticut no less. Compliments of The Dutch Epicure, Litchfield, CT - run by actual dutchies. This should be a good Thanksgiving.

buuuuut, you are missing sinterklaas and his black pitts, you are missing the real dutch weather (cold, windy, rainy...especially while biking) aaand you are missing dwaze zaken, hot chocolate with whipped cream and and and
